Final Impressions

Although I do not plan to climb Kili again (it's one item off my list of things to do), I must admit that I do want to return to East Africa.

I did not know Tanzania at all before this adventure. But after all of this, I must say it was much more than I ever expected. The people were kind and welcoming, the local cultures are fascinating with a very rich history, and finally the natural wonders of the country are simply awe inspiring.

It is very much a shame that such beautiful countries in the region could be torn by strife...I do hope the little that we do thru Eagle Down will eventually help.
Below is a small sampling of the no less than 1000 pictures taken by Tristan and I. They simply cannot do justice to the wonderful memories we will retain for the rest of our lives.
